This Past Week
Our going on's in the past week have included:
Finding black snakes, in our woodpile....was not happy that hubby ended their short life. Black snakes eat mice, and I don't like mice. I guess he let at least one get away.
And the estimate on our Jeep? 3 weeks and $4000....one can hardly blame poor Tubby. She was a victim of circumstance. :-)

oh man oh man oh man oh man. That is a story to tell forever. $4000 from a cat! Laughing is really the only option here but Oh MAN!
yeah, I try not to think about it too much. Someday I'll laugh.
Snakes? He killed the snakes? You know that type of behavior is totally unacceptable in our family! ;)
lol! I thought of you when I ran to get the camera. Our snakes aren't the exciting vicious poisonous type though....
OK, I am not a cat person and I am in love with Tubby the model. And the blacksnakes... sad.... I feel the same way you do about their pest-eating capabilities. Also, $4000??? What a week.
I got the card right after the accident. I thought it would be funny because the cat on the cover looked just like Tubby. She brought home all those voles and mice, why didn't she bring home a snake too??
Yike, those are big snakes!
Lovely blog! Will check back often!!
Wow, big snakes. I don't mind snakes but I might mind them!
I'm adding your comment on my blog as entry for my contest by the way! ;) Send more readers over so you can get more entries!
LOL you are too funny. The look on your cat's face alone cracks me up. Don't think I'll be moving to your neck of the woods anytime soon - not a fan of snakes - especially after seeing the size of those two. Your husband is very brave!
maybe she could go back to card modeling to help pay for the jeep. i hear there's great demand for plus-size kitty models.
