Stranger things have happened. One year when the wind chills were -20 below zero, they cancelled without snow!

i'm from a hilly city in virginia. they typically get more ice than snow, but don't get a ton of either. they once canceled school because it was SUPPOSED to snow. crazy, huh? now i live in cleveland where they get tons of school and NEVER close for it. big change. oh well.
